Melanie Broderick epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, ethics, experience and expertise. Melanie has consistently shown the ability to satisfy clients in the selling of their properties. Melanie started her real estate career in 2005. She is the Owner and Designated Managing Broker of Metro Realty, Inc., a real estate brokerage. She oversees the daily operations of Metro Realty, Inc. but also purchases, rehabs and manages her own real estate portfolio. Melanie’s primary focus is to offer the Flat Fee MLS services to her clients at a reasonable rate while delivering a positive experience throughout the transaction.

Since 2011, Metro Realty, Inc. has been a discount real estate brokerage specializing in Flat Fee MLS. We are not a referral service. We are licensed in Florida and Illinois.
