Change the Commission

Please note that any and all requested changes to the listing price and/or Cooperating Broker’s Commission, or to cancel the listing MUST be submitted to us in writing using the Change Request Form sent to us either by email to or by fax (630) 299-5001. Changes will be deemed accepted once updated on the MLS. All changes need to be in writing. Any changes requested that are not in writing will be disregarded. Voicemail messages and/or phone conversations requesting changes will be disregarded.

Change Request Form

Upon receipt of the Change Request Form, changes will be made within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file notifying Seller that the requested change has occurred.
